Salmon Marinade Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- Dash of tarragon
- Juice of 2 lemons
Mix all ingredients. Pour over 1 1/2 pounds salmon steaks and refrigerate 2 hours or more, turning once. Cook salmon (broil or grill), brushing with marinade as it cooks.
