LEMON DILL MARINADE FOR SALMON

Salmon Marinade Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp. dill weed
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
• 4 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
• Dash of tarragon
• Juice of 2 lemons

Salmon Marinade Instructions :
Mix all ingredients. Pour over 1 1/2 pounds salmon steaks and refrigerate 2 hours or more, turning once. Cook salmon (broil or grill), brushing with marinade as it cooks.

• 1/4 c. white wine
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 c. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp. ginger

Salmon Marinade Instructions

For 1-1/2 pounds of salmon, mix above ingredients together and marinate overnight.
